The present terms of sale are concluded on the one hand between the Lacour SAARL company with a capital of 8000 Euro, the head office of which is 6 place de l' Homme de Fer in Strasbourg, registered to the commercialregister under the number 326036613000 this later called the salesman and on the other hand by any natural legal entity wishing to proceed to a buyer.

Object :

The present terms of sale aim at defining the contractual relations between the salesman and the buyer as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made by means of the retail website of the salesman that the buyer is professional or consumer. The acquisition of the property or the service throuhg the present site involves an unconditional acceptance by the buyer of the present of the present terms of sale.

These terms of sale will prevail over quite other general particular conditions not expressing approved by the salesman. The salesman reserves the right to modify this turms of sale at any time.

Ther prices appearing in the Catalog are prices including tax in Euro taking into account the  applicable VAT in the day of the command. The salesman reserves the right to modify his prices at any time, being however understood that the price appearing in the Catalog  in the day of the command will be only one applicable to the buyer. Commands :

The buyer who wishes to buy a product owes necessarily :

Terms of payment :

Modalities of delivery :

Products are delivered to the adress indicated by the buyer on the order from.The risks are chargeable to the buyer as from the moment when products left the premises of the salesman. The buyer is anxious to verify the state of the packing of the carrier on the delivery slip under shape "of handwritten reserves" as to the salesman within one week. The delivery deadlines are given only as a rough guide. If these overtake 30 days as from the command, the sale can be cancelled and the paid off buyer.

Retractation :

The buyers of the ptofessional physical persons, benefit from a cooling-off period of 7 days as from the delivery of their command to make return of the product for the salesman for exchange or repyment without penality, with the exception of the expenses of return. If this deadline expires one Saturday, one Sunday, or a holiday or a day off it will be exchanged until the next first working day. however, nly products will be taken back in their set in their complete and intact original packing and in perfect state of resale. Everything produces which will have been damaged will be neither teken back or exchanged. In the case of an exchange, the expences of forwarding will be chergesble to the buyer.

Guarantee :

All the products supplied by the salesman benefit from the legal guarantee planned by the French article 1641 and following ones of the French Civil code.
